Fitness Background
A cross-trainer at heart, I usually exercise 7 to 10 times a week. My primary activities are weight lifting, bouldering, running, swimming, biking and calisthenics. I enjoy organizing and leading fitness event as much as I do participating in them.

Born to Japanese parents in Canada, I was raised in Vancouver, but studied, lived and worked in Korea, Peru, China & Taiwan before moving to Japan in 2014. I have a passion for languages, education and fitness and strive to better the world through these passions.
