A group of casual & enthusiast social runners that know how to have a good time! The event is co-managed by community organizers from lululemon‘s Harajuku Showroom & SOGO Fitness.
We are not a normal running group! We combine running, social activities, exercise games & music in order to bring people together to make friends, explore the city and live #thesweatlife.
We mix running with fun group exercises. For the run component, members can choose to run in a faster or slower group depending on their preference. Group exercises can include partner stretching, relay games and group HIIT exercises.

Whether you’re training for a marathon, trying to get healthy and fit, or want to make new fit-friends, our event is open to all! If you like running and want to explore the city, join us!
This is a pure running event that features a 10 km course at a pace of 6 min / km. We will start and end with a group stretch, but otherwise, we will be on our feet running around the city.
I’m the last person on earth who likes running alone, but the social running after work is one of the most joyful thing, which wakes me the week up, warms me in the whole winter, frees me from work stress and the next day is always a beautiful another day.
After running, I feel such an amazing feelings I’ve never felt. But during running, It’s really hard…but I’m not alone here. There are many motivated wonderful run friends who always makes me forget the hard parts.
Even though running is not my thing at all, it’s so much fun to do it with people you really enjoy being with, that I forget to hate it, and now even look forward to run my 5k (or more) every week (or more) ?
I joined SOGO Run club around a month ago, and i can’t say that before I was so much into running, but for me everything starts from meeting this incredibly passionate people. Also the fun and laughter shared during the trainings makes long-distance running and tough workouts much easier. Training with likeminded runners motivates me to run faster, longer and better. I did my first 10K with SOGO and I am not going stop now. I am open to trying new distances, races and workouts with them.
Because I peed in my pants during my first ever 5k run which happened with SOGO! Never felt so much excitement in my life just from running long distance.?
Long distance running gives me the amazing feeling of freedom. The only person who could stop me is myself. After each run I become mentally stronger. What seems impossible last year, this year it became easy. I remember running my first 5k,it seemed like 50k now. As it’s said ‘Life is a marathon not a sprint’. I found my ideal pace of life and running has become my life style now.
